Our Mission…
Our mission at NOINOPIA is to help individuals learn how to manage money God’s way. We open up God’s Word to provide education, practical application and encouragement. In addition to accountability, fellowship and prayer, we also offer one-on-one mentoring and financial support to those who qualify.
We aren’t interested in simply giving money to people in need. We want to help individuals make lasting change in their lives and become good stewards. If you’re ready to commit to a program that will help you help yourself, we encourage you to enroll today.
From Our Founders…
Hello! We’re Frank and Rosemarie, two of the first faces you’ll see at NOINOPIA. We started the organization in 2012, not long after we saw the financial effects the economy downturn had on so many. We felt the best way we could help people was to teach them how to help themselves, to come alongside them in the process and offer hope.
Pronounced NO-IN-OH-PEA-A – don’t worry, everyone gets it wrong – the organization’s name is a combination of the word “no” with the Latin word “inopia” meaning poverty or want. Our desire is to help bring an end to financial struggles in our own communities.
We understand the pain and anxiety that comes when bills and debt outweigh our ability to pay them. We understand the impact on our sense of security when there’s money in the bank, or not. We understand the control money can have over our lives when we rely on it to save us.
As it turns out, God has a lot to say about money. He knew we would face every one of these challenges and more. When we turn to the Bible, we find practical solutions that not only offer a way out of financial challenges but how we can be free of them for good.
For Frank, NOINOPIA has become a mission to help people understand that money is neither good nor bad. It’s only a tool. The secret lies in knowing how to properly use that tool to make life better.
For Rosemarie, NOINOPIA is all about relationship. It’s about walking with people through their challenges, encouraging them and helping them to see they’re not alone.
“If you change nothing, nothing will change.” So if you need help, reach out to us today. From where we’re standing, your future is looking bright and hopeful.
