Jim Killoran


The Fuller Center for Housing of Greater New York City

Mr. Killoran is currently President of The Fuller Center for Housing of Greater New York City. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Westchester, where he served for more than 20 years.

Mr. Killoran has worked extensively with the homeless and with issues of low-income housing, and strongly believes The Fuller Center for Housing is a real and viable solution for ending poverty. He has labored tirelessly to involve faith communities, municipalities, schools, universities, businesses and individuals in the struggle to build decent housing. Prior to his work with The Fuller Center and Habitat, Jim established five mental health programs in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Visit Jim’s Facebook page.


Dr. John Soper

Pastor of Leadership & Development

Ridgeway Alliance Church

Dr. Soper is a church planter, pastor, professor, and visionary leader with a passion for evangelism, church growth, and for training and releasing fully trained workers into the harvest. He is currently Pastor of Leadership & Development at Ridgeway Alliance Church in White Plains, New York.

Pastor Soper served from July 2006 to July 2011 as the Vice President for Church Ministries for The Christian and Missionary Alliance.  For the previous ten years, he served as the District Superintendent for the Metropolitan District of The C&MA, which includes New York City’s cosmopolitan culture.  During that period, the district grew from 68 to more than 100 churches while the total constituency of the district more than doubled from 12,000 to nearly 30,000 members and adherents.

Frank Blot


Founder and President, NOINOPIA, Inc.

Mr. Blot is a seasoned entrepreneur and operational business manager with over 25 years of experience building consumer-focused services for companies in the media, technology and online markets.

Prior to founding NOINOPIA, Inc., Mr. Blot served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dotmenu, Inc. (an internet company offering online ordering to over 25,000 restaurants across the United States) from 2006 – 2010.  Before his career at Dotmenu, Mr. Blot served as a member of the company’s board as well as a management consultant to the Internet industry. Before consulting, Mr. Blot was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Business Development for Vivendi Universal Games, a leading global publisher of PC and console software.  Previous to his involvement with video games, Mr. Blot held executive management positions at interactive entertainment companies Flipside Network, Uproar, Inc, (publicly traded) and PrizePoint Entertainment (co-founder).  Mr. Blot has a long and distinguished career in the online services industry in both senior Business Development and Product Development capacities at pioneering online companies PointCast, Inc. (creator of Internet “Push” technology) and Prodigy Services Company.
